Program: American Drilling Field Notifications · Last updated: July 18, 2026

Program description

American Drilling operates the American Drilling Field Notifications program, which sends operational text (SMS) notifications to our employees and field staff — for example, confirming that a daily field report was submitted, or alerting staff to an equipment status issue.

How you sign up

Recipients are American Drilling employees and staff only. Enrollment happens after hiring is complete and is entirely voluntary — it is never a condition of employment, hiring, pay, scheduling, or any company benefit, and declining changes nothing. There are two ways to opt in: by checking “YES” and signing a standalone paper form (blank copy) that is not part of any employment paperwork, or verbally, after office staff read a word-for-word disclosure script aloud and the employee answers yes. Only then does an administrator enter that number into our internal field-reporting system. The exact verbal script and the full opt-in process are published on our public Business & SMS Program Disclosure page.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies based on job and field activity. Message and data rates may apply. Neither American Drilling nor mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
